Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you complete control over your email mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just choose the e-mail account you want to redirect mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
